Veew + Slack
“Jane at PNC just opened the proposal.”
The buyer is reading right now. That is the best moment to follow up, and the one email notifications make you miss. Veew puts it in the channel your team is already looking at.
What lands in the channel
Every move the buyer makes, as it happens.
A proposal is not done when it is sent. It is done when it is read, discussed, and accepted, and every one of those is a signal your team can act on the same hour instead of next week.
Opened
Who opened which document, and how many times. One post per visit, not one per tab.
Accepted
The buyer accepted, and which package they chose, with their note in the thread.
Gone quiet
Read, then silence. Veew notices, tells you what they spent the longest on, and nudges once.
One channel, or one per deal
Route the news where the deal lives.
Pick a default channel in Settings and every proposal reports there. For the accounts that have their own channel, point the deal at it, and the whole account team sees the buyer move without anyone forwarding an email.
- Connect once for the workspace; no per-person setup
- Public channels work immediately; private ones once you invite Veew
- Every post links straight to the document's insights
Deal Space opens too
When a buyer opens the Deal Space, the branded page with everything you've sent, the channel hears about it.
Post only, never read
Veew asks to post messages and list channels. It cannot read a single message in your workspace.
Pairs with HubSpot
Slack tells the team the moment it happens; HubSpot keeps the record: the same opens and accepts land on the deal as a note and Veew's own properties.
Veew + Slack FAQ
What does Veew post to Slack?
The moments that matter on a live proposal: a buyer opened it (with their name when the link was sent to them), opened the Deal Space, accepted it and what they chose, asked for access to a link that had expired, or went quiet after reading. Each post links to the insights for that document.
Will it flood the channel?
No. Opens are grouped: a buyer reading in five tabs is one post, and a second look within half an hour is silent. Quiet and expiring alerts come from a nightly sweep, once per proposal.
Can each deal have its own channel?
Yes. Pick a workspace default in Settings, then on any deal choose a different channel, the one your team already uses for that account. Private channels work once you invite Veew to them.
What can Veew see in Slack?
Nothing. The app only asks to post messages and list channels so you can pick one. It never reads messages, members, or files.
