Veew (“we”, “us”) provides software that helps sales teams create proposals and presentations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to veew.ai and the Veew application.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email, and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), and any profile details you add. If you joined our early-access waitlist before sign-up opened, we also hold the email address and basic technical details (page, browser, referrer) you gave us then.
Signing in with Google. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address, whether that address is verified, your profile picture, and your Google account ID. We use them only to create and secure your Veew account and to show you in your workspace. We never receive your Google password, and we do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service. We do not use Google account data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to anyone except the service providers listed below who process it on our behalf. You can disconnect Veew at any time from your Google account permissions page; doing so stops future sign-ins but does not delete your Veew account, which you can ask us to remove at the address below.
Content you create. Proposals, decks, brand assets, and deal details you enter are stored so we can provide the service. When you use AI drafting, the relevant content is sent to our AI provider to generate text; it is not used to train their models under our agreement.
Engagement data on shared documents. When a recipient opens a document you share, we record events such as page views, time on section, and PDF downloads, along with coarse technical details, so you can see how your document is being read.
Site analytics. veew.ai uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic.
How we use information
To provide, secure, and improve the service; to email you about early access, product updates, and account matters; to respond to support requests; and to comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We use service providers to run Veew: hosting and networking (Cloudflare), database and authentication (Supabase), AI generation (Anthropic), and email delivery. They process data on our behalf under contract. Google is not one of them: it is the identity provider you choose at sign-in, and data flows from Google to us, never the other way. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at the address below if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your choices
You can update or delete profile information in the app, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (for example the EU/UK or California), you may exercise those rights by contacting us.
Children
Veew is for business use and not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We will post updates here and revise the date above. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
