Yes. The Free plan is free for good: one seat and 3 live documents, no card. Starter is one seat with everything a solo rep needs; Team is billed per seat, one for each person you invite. You upgrade from your workspace's billing settings whenever you're ready.

One subscription per workspace. Free and Starter are a single seat, so Starter is a flat price a month. On Team every member holds a seat, so the seat count follows your member list: invite someone and the difference is prorated onto the next invoice, remove them and it comes back off. Nobody edits seat counts by hand.

A live document is one that's published to a shareable link. Free workspaces can have 3 live at a time; unpublish an old one to free the slot. Drafts, templates, and PDFs you've already downloaded don't count.

No. Only live documents count. The deal space is the one link that collects every document you publish for a deal, and it is on every plan, including Free. 3 live documents on one deal or across three deals is the same 3; the spaces they land in are never counted.

No. Every plan, including Free, drafts and revises with AI as much as you need. We price per seat because the point of Veew is to draft more, not to ration it. Normal fair-use terms apply to automated abuse, not to a rep who sends a lot of proposals.

Yes. Picking a HubSpot deal and pulling in the company, contacts, and value is the core of Veew, so it's on Free. Writing engagement back to the deal starts on Starter.

Anyone who signs in to create or edit documents. Free and Starter have one; Team has as many as you invite. The prospects who open your links never need a seat, and there's no charge per recipient or per document.

Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Nothing is taken away when you move down: published links stay live and members keep their access. Publishing and inviting pause until the workspace is within the new plan's limits, or you upgrade again.
