For agencies
Agency proposals that sound like the pitch, not the template.
Agencies win on the pitch and lose on the paperwork. The proposal is the first deliverable a client ever sees from you, and it usually gets written at 11pm from last quarter's deck. Veew drafts it from the brief and the call, scopes it from your services, and lays it out in your brand, so the document looks like the work.
A brand Northwind Logistics can grow into
Northstar Software × Northwind Logistics: the thinking, the work, and what it takes to get there.
The brief, as we heard it
Northwind Logistics has outgrown its current identity. The product has moved on; the brand hasn't caught up, and it shows in the places that matter: on the shelf, on the site, in the first thirty seconds of a sales call.
You asked for three things: a brand that matches where the company is going, a system your own team can run without us, and a launch that lands before the next season. This proposal is built around exactly those three.
What's getting in the way
The brand undersells the product
Customers who try it love it; customers who see it first don't get that far.
Every touchpoint looks different
Packaging, web, and sales materials were made at different times by different hands.
No system, so no consistency
Without guidelines and templates, every new piece is a new design project.
Our approach
Four moves, each with a decision point before the next one starts. You're never surprised by a direction.
Discover
Stakeholder interviews, audience research, competitive audit. We learn how Northwind Logistics is actually talked about.
Define
A positioning platform and creative brief you sign off before a single concept is drawn.
Design
Two distinct creative routes, then two rounds of refinement on the one you choose.
Deliver
Final identity, packaging, applications, and a practical brand book your team will use.

The problem
Why agency proposals eat the week
Every proposal is bespoke
No two clients want the same thing, so every proposal starts from a blank page or a copy of the last one. Both take an afternoon.
Scope leaks
Deliverables, revision rounds, and timelines written loosely in a hurry become the scope creep you absorb three months later.
The case study hunt
The right proof exists somewhere in a shared drive. It rarely makes the proposal because nobody has time to find it.
How Veew helps
What Veew does for an agency
Drafted from the brief and the call
Connect Granola or paste your notes. Veew writes the situation, approach, and deliverables in the client's own words, then you edit.
Scope from your services, not from memory
Phases, deliverables, revision rounds, and retainer pricing come from your catalog. Recurring and one-time lines sit in the same table.
Proof that fits the pitch
Case studies and testimonials live in one library, tagged by industry and service. The AI picks the ones that match this client and never invents a result.
Looks like your studio made it
Your brand kit plus a design system with art-directed layouts. Every proposal looks like the best one you ever sent, without opening a design tool.
Pitch, proposal, and SOW at one link
Every document you publish for a client lands in the deal space on its own: the sales deck, the proposal, the SOW, newest first, in your brand. One link to send, and it stays current as the work moves.
Templates
Start from a template built for this
Every template is a real Veew document. The AI fills it for the deal; you keep the structure.
Agency Proposal Template
For creative and digital agencies: the pitch and the scope in one on-brand document.
Marketing Proposal Template
For retainers and campaigns: goals, channels, deliverables, and monthly investment.
Web Design Proposal Template
Scope a site build without the ambiguity: pages, phases, revisions, and launch.

Questions
Questions agencies ask
Can I show packages or options?
Yes. A pricing table can hold several packages with their own line items, and the client can choose one on the hosted link. Retainers and one-time fees sit side by side with correct totals.
We pitch with a deck first, then send a proposal. Does Veew do both?
Yes. The sales deck and the proposal come from the same deal record and brand system, so what you presented and what they sign off on match.
Does it replace our design team?
For proposals, yes: the design system handles layout and brand automatically. Your designers keep doing client work.
Do our clients need an account?
No. They open a link, and you see when they do, which sections they read, and whether they chose a package.
