Veew + Salesforce

Proposal software built for Salesforce.

Your opportunity already knows the account, the contact, and the number. Veew turns it into a personalized, on-brand proposal or sales deck, and logs the engagement back on the opportunity.

Pick the opportunity

Search any opportunity: account, primary contact, amount, and stage come with it. Standard and custom fields map to your proposal fields.

AI writes for the prospect

The narrative is built from the opportunity and your discovery notes, laid out in your brand, citing your approved proof.

Activity flows back

Sends and accepts land as completed tasks on the opportunity, and four Veew fields keep the latest document, its status, and its reads in view.

Reads a little, writes less

Your pipeline stays yours.

Veew reads the fields you map and writes only its own: a task in the activity timeline and four custom fields on the opportunity. Amount, Stage, Close Date, and your contacts are never touched. No managed package, nothing installed in your org, and any admin can revoke the connection from Setup.

  • OAuth 2.0 connected app with PKCE, revocable from Connected Apps OAuth Usage
  • Map any standard or custom field on Opportunity, Account, and Contact
  • Your local edits survive a refresh from Salesforce
  • Works with Developer Edition orgs, so you can try it before rolling it out

Needs a Salesforce edition with API access.

Better together

Salesforce for the pipeline. Your notetaker for the conversation.

Pair the Salesforce integration with Granola or Fathom meeting notes and proposals reflect both the record and the conversation: the opportunity sets the frame, what the buyer said writes the story.

Built for teams selling on Salesforce: SaaS, agencies, consulting, and professional services.

Veew + Salesforce FAQ

How does Veew work with Salesforce?

Connect once with a Salesforce login that has API access, then pick any opportunity. The account, the primary contact, and the opportunity data come into Veew automatically, the AI writes a proposal or deck for that prospect, and when it goes out Veew logs a completed task on the opportunity and keeps four "Veew" fields on it current: the latest document, its status, when it was last read, and how many times.

What does Veew write to Salesforce?

One completed task per send and per accept, and its own four custom fields on the Opportunity. It never edits Amount, Stage, Close Date, contacts, or any field you mapped. Veew creates the four fields for you when the connecting user can customise objects; otherwise your admin adds them once and Veew picks them up.

What Salesforce data does Veew read?

The opportunity, its account, and, only if you map a contact field, the primary contact role. Which fields come across is up to you: standard and custom fields on all three objects can be mapped to Veew fields under Settings → Fields.

Do I need a particular Salesforce edition?

Any edition with API access: Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, Developer, and Professional with the API add-on. Essentials and Professional without the add-on don't expose the API, so Veew can't connect to them.

Is this a managed package?

No. Veew is a connected app: nothing is installed in your org, and connecting is an OAuth sign-in that any admin can revoke from Setup → Connected Apps OAuth Usage.

What about meeting notes?

Pair Salesforce with the Granola or Fathom integration and your call notes feed the narrative too: the proposal reflects both the CRM record and what was actually said.
