Bring in call notes from Granola or Fathom

Connect a notetaker

1. 1Go to Settings → Integrations. Granola and Fathom are under Your connections: each person connects their own, with their own API key, so only their calls come through. Granola keys need Granola's Business plan; Fathom keys are on every Fathom plan.
2. 2Paste the key and choose Connect Granola or Connect Fathom. The card's setup guide shows where to find the key. The last 14 days of calls import, then new recaps arrive on their own.
3. 3New calls file themselves against the matching deal by the people and company on the invite. A call that does not match sits on Home until you attach it to a deal, or dismiss it if it was not a sales call.

How notes are used

When Veew drafts a document it reads the latest call notes on the deal: the problems the customer described, what they asked for, the timeline they mentioned. The draft cites what it used, so you can see where a line came from and correct anything the notes got wrong.

Notes are read, never sent. Nothing from a transcript goes into a document unless the draft puts it there and you keep it.
