Deal spaces: one link for the whole deal

Every document you publish for a deal lands on one page the buyer keeps coming back to.

What it is

A deal space is a page for the buyer that collects everything you have published for that deal: the proposal, the deck, the one-pager, in one place with your brand on it. It builds itself. Publish a document and it appears there.

It is on every plan, including Free, and deal spaces never count towards the Free plan's live-document limit.

Turn it on or off

  1. 1Open the deal. The deal space panel sits at the top of the Documents card. With at least one live document, choose Get the link; with nothing live yet, Preview shows you the empty page as the buyer will see it.
  2. 2Once it exists, the switch on the panel turns it on and off. Off, the link answers like a withdrawn share; the documents' own links keep working.
  3. 3What the buyer reads first is the introduction at the top of the page: Edit writes your own, Rewrite asks Veew for one, and blank falls back to a default. Settings sets the page title.
  4. 4Every live document is listed unless you choose Hide from deal space on its row menu. Its own link still works.

Your own domain

Documents and deal spaces can be served from your domain, so the buyer sees sales.yourcompany.com throughout. Set it up under Settings → Domain.
