Set up your workspace
A workspace is your company inside Veew: its brand, its templates, its deals and everyone who sells with you. You get one when you sign up, and the walkthrough that opens on first run takes you through the basics.
- 1Sign in and give the workspace your company name.
- 2Under Settings → Brand, add your logo, colours and fonts. Every document picks these up automatically.
- 3Under Settings → Products, add what you sell with its pricing so proposals can quote it.
Bring in a deal
Documents in Veew are written from a deal: the company, the people, the amount and what was said on your calls. You can connect HubSpot and import one, or add a deal by hand.
- 1Go to Deals and choose New deal, or Import from HubSpot if HubSpot is connected.
- 2Fill in the company, the main contact and the value. Anything you skip can be added later.
- 3If you use Granola or Fathom, your call notes attach to the deal on their own once those are connected under Settings → Integrations.
Draft, edit, share
- 1From the deal, open the + New menu and choose New proposal. Leave Draft with AI on and choose Generate proposal; Veew writes it from the deal, your brand and your approved proof. That takes a moment.
- 2Edit anything in place. Ask Veew (⌘K in the editor) rewrites across the document, or use the sparkle on any one section.
- 3Choose Share, then Go live. You get a link to send, a PDF to download, and the deal's deal space picks the document up on its own.
